Abetalipoproteinemia is deficiency of apolipoproteins B-48 and B-100 in the body causes changes in the absorption of fats, vitamins and cholesterol in the body which results to Abetalipoproteinemia disorder. Patients suffering from this disorder fails to make certain lipoproteins which leads to various vitamins deficiency mainly vitamin E deficiency.
